​​​​Michelle Phipps, the designer behind Cr8tiveSoul Design Studio, creates pieces of wearable art for clients who are looking for artistically designed jewellery.

Jewellery as an art form, has the power to create moods, provoke opinions and produce reactions.  This is the design philosophy that published Canadian based jewellery designer Michelle Phipps follows in creating and developing her own unique collection of jewellery.

Born and raised in Regina, Saskatchewan Canada, Michelle’s interest in jewellery design began at the young age of 10 when she found herself dismantling pieces of her grandmother's vintage jewellery, raiding her father’s tackle box and rummaging in her grandfather's workshop to find things to make unique pieces.

By day she is an IT Technical Analyst and a omni artist by night.  She is always doing something creative from jewellery making, watercolour painting, graphic design, photography, paper crafts etc.

While creating jewellery for decades with no formal training, she recently graduated from the New York Institute of Art & Design for Jewellery Design in November 2017.
